Renting is an ideal option when first moving to Cyprus as it gives you a chance to research all the local areas until you find the location which is most suited to yourself and your family.  Here at Ultra Properties we have a wide variety of accommodation to rent ranging from Luxury Villas with pools, modern apartments and houses with gardens.   Many of our rental properties come fully furnished but there is also the option of unfurnished if that best meets your requirements.  We hold a database of properties which can be viewed here on our website but if your ideal property cannot be found please do not hesitate to contact us as our website is continually being updated.  

Whatever your requirements we offer a tailor made service from accompanied viewings through to the handling of contracts.  We pride ourselves on giving only the highest level of customer service.
