2009 FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLAN

2009 Flexible Payment Plan

 

Due to the current economic conditions our developers are evolving to meet the increasing demands of clients with regards to financing a property in Cyprus.   One of our developers is presenting the following 2009 flexible payment plan.  There are 3 main sections to the payment options:

Enjoy now… Pay later!

This is aimed at relocation clients wishing to move to Cyprus immediately but are waiting to release funds to secure a purchase.  This option takes advantage of the banks 2 year grace period to allow for capital to be released (investments with notice periods etc.). Clients enjoying this offer can immediately relocate to Cyprus with the offer of Free of Charge accommodation on selected projects until completion on their property.

Additional Grace Period

This option is aimed specifically at the clients with property to sell in order to finance a purchase.  This uses the banks grace period until completion but as additional incentive the developer with the bank will give an extra 6 months grace period on properties with an 18 month completion period or less to allow time for the sale of a property to finance a purchase.  This offer can also be used in conjunction with the free accommodation offer where required.

Flexible Deposit

This option is aimed at clients who wish to spread the deposit over a longer period to select the optimum time to exchange foreign currency or to match the notice period of investment plans.  This option can be used in conjunction with any of the options listed above.

 

All the above plans are based on the Central Bank of Cyprus’s requirement for a minimum of 30% deposit for a mortgage but the developers remain flexible to client’s financial situations and can formulate plans on an individual basis if required.
