Discovery Trip Programme

• Day 1
  • Arrival at Airport and transfer to accommodation.

  • Tour of Pafos, Polis and surrounding area.

  • Excursion into the countryside surrounding district. 
  • Dinner at a Cyprus Tavern.
• Day 3
  • Tour of selected properties within criteria.

  • Dinner at a Restaurant.
• Day 4
  • Tour of the main office and introduction to the chosen developers services.
  • Going through the terms and conditions of the sale agreement.
  • Appointment with a legal consultant.
  • Completion of the sales agreement.

Discovery trips are offered from just CY£150.00 per person and you get four days with your own personal property specialist.  The Discovery trip fee is refundable upon a purchase of a property from Ultra Properties.

The Discovery trips are also fully inclusive, so all you have to think about is finding your dream home.

Terms and Conditions:

Upon qualification for an inspection trip, there will be a REFUNDABLE participation fee of CY£150.00 per person.
The above amount is a contribution to the Discovery trip’s overall cost which is subsidized by Ultra Properties.  The trip is subject to availability and agreement to the terms and conditions below.

To assist you in selecting a suitable property in Cyprus, Ultra Properties are pleased to subsidize your visit without any obligation or undue pressure to purchase. However, whilst you are under no obligation to purchase, we would point out that you are under obligation to view properties with a company representative for the duration of your visit. Clients who fail to adhere to the terms and conditions of the discovery trip to Cyprus for any other reason will be held in breach of terms and conditions and will then be required to pay the full cost of the discovery trip from the credit card provided at the time of reservation.   Furthermore, our representative will be returned to other duties.

Discovery trips are based on a maximum of two passengers per trip.  Additional passengers will need to pay the full amount for both flights and accommodation.

The cost of a discovery trip is CY£150.00 from any major UK airport.  Discovery trips booked from Scotland, Ireland or other smaller UK airports may incur an additional cost.

Clients cancelling a visit prior to departure without an insurable reason will be required to pay the full cost of the visit to Cyprus. Where an insurable reason for non - travel is provided and covered by a doctor’s certificate, then these charges may be covered by your private travel insurance.
